Uproar against Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar's portrait continues today as well,
Dpt. Sarpamch haribhai ranchhod bhai insulted the potrait of Dr. Baba BabaSaheb Ambedkar, this incident occured yesterday at Juna Nagna Village when some minorities went to Sarpanch's office to pay trbute to Dr. Baba BabaSaheb's potrait.
Minority workers reached Lal Bunglow and appealed DSP to arrest the accused.
Side sources claims that there was a ongoing dispute between Minorities and the Panchayat office, minorities wanted a separate community hall built for them, some even says that this is an act of revenge, as the Panchayat office refused to create any such building from common fund.

RIL is planning to have a JV with BHEL for its solar fab units.
Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL) and engineering giant BHEL are might form a joint venture (JV) for setting up solar fab units.
The proposed JV will Create solar photo voltaic (SPV) cells and small and medium equipment for solar power.
The proposed JV will have site at two places, out of that one will be in Jamnagar

Excise Duty - Brass Parts Unit Cornered
Central Excise and Custom Department in Saurashtra recently Got neck of a nexus between CE officers and Morbi ceramic product manufactures.
Jamnagar brass part manufacturing units were also in this loop, many have been involved in tax evasion, almost 80% the total units are involved in either duty evasion or some way of excise tax thefts.
Bhavin Impex Limited has a duty evasion for over Rs 67 lakh in last five months.
There were some attacked during a recent raid to one of the mentioned unit, Also the department does anticipate resistance from the brass industry.

Reliance Industries is opening a new business dimension in Jamnagar.
After the World famous Reliance Petroleum Limiteds Jamnagar Refinery, Reliance is all set for Semi-Conductor technology unit.
The proposed unit will cost around Rs. 11,600 Crore. Gujarat Govt. has asked tenders for this area, other interested companies are Videocon, MozerBear, Titan Energies, KSK energies, and Signet solar.

Good News For Reliance Petroleum Limited
Good News For Reliance Petroleum Limited, and its a joy for Reliance Industries as well ,
RPL Officials confirmed that the Export Oriented Unit status of Jamnagar refinery is extended by one year till 2010.
It must be noted that under the EOU status, the company is "not required to pay import duty on crude oil".

Two crooks and their gang dug up bauxite ore worth nearly Rs.60 million from a Virpar village of Kalyanpur block.
Jamnagar's geology department's Royalty inspector P.M. Sharma had to file at the Kalyanpur police station,
Name of two accused are Bhikhabhai Narayanbhai Chavda and Arjanbhai Jethabhai Chavda,
Its strange how come they dug up 1,76,738.40 tonnes of bauxite ore without any lease agreement or permission?

In the some of the areas of Jamnagar, these social networking sites are being used by both male and female prostitution workers, they find their potential clients, customers and partners by Social networking sites.
Sociologists feels that girls are enjoying freedom at par with men and their expressions are equally, today women are becoming more vulnerable to exploitation, while the children are fast losing their childhood.
