Intelligence Bureau and Jamnagar police are still tracking the terror alert, updates from the reliance refinery claims that the forces had scanned through the CCTV footage of the Reliance refinery and nearby area.
A widespread hunt is on to nab 5 or 6 terrorists from Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) to target Jamnagar Refinery and other installation near Jamnagar.
Special Operation Group (SOG) is investigating the CCTV footage since yesterday.
Jamnagar police had earlier released sketches of many suspects, and also found that they were using a license of a driver who visits refinery.
After advice of police Jamnagar's Reliance and Essar are doing a thorough checks on drivers and all entrants of the premises.
6 years ago a major raid in Moti-Khavdi's Guru Krupa Photo Studio, Police seized 400 fake licences and entry passes. The documents were to be used for Reliance, ESSAR and GSFC facilities. This areas is situated just outside Reliance refinery and GSFC facility. Two nabbed persons from that raid used to copy the identity cards of those who came to get passport sized photos, this documents were later forged to make entry passes for refineries.
